A poll conducted by YouGov suggests that 68% of Brits think that people suspected of illegal downloading have the right to a court trial before their internet access is restricted. Meanwhile 31% of people say they would be much less likely to vote for any party that supports internet disconnections for file-sharing. The survey was commissioned by the Open Rights Group.
