Last.fm is launching a new offshoot called Last.TV, which as the name implies, will focus on televisual content. The service will be available both on and offline – we’re guessing the latter will be via parent company CBS’ network – and will initially offer coverage of European music festivals. It’s expected to launch in January, and will be funded by pre and post-roll advertising.
