Little Boots has announced a new competition to get fans remixing her new single, teaming up with Swedish blog Discobelle to do it. Stems for its bass, drums, guitars, keyboards and vocals can be downloaded and jiggled about, with the final remixes uploaded to Boots’ Soundcloud page. The winning remix will be made available online and tweeted by the star. It’s by no means the first stem-remixing contest of this kind, but a sign of how artists are using services like Soundcloud to make it easier to manage.
