A survey by Frank N. Magid Associates claims that just 15% of active gamers buy downloadable content (DLC) – which includes tracks for games like Guitar Hero and Rock Band. Of 800 people polled, 15% said they bought DLC, 41% said they knew about it but didn’t, and 43% said they’d never heard of DLC. The company poiints out that many of the people surveyed had consoles like PS2 and Wii that don’t actively promote downloadable content, though. Source: Kotaku
