The gloves are off in Apple and Nokia’s legal fight over mobile technology patents. Both have already sued one another, but then Nokia raised the stakes last month with a complaint to the US International Trade Commission, demanding a ban on imports of Apple’s iPhone, iPods and MacBooks. Now Apple has filed its own ITC complaint in response, requesting a similar block on US imports of all Nokia products. Which would be interesting for its Comes With Music US launch plans. The ITC has yet to decide whether to investigate either complaint, let alone put the bans in place. Source: Bloomberg
