Soundtrckr is a geosocial music service – or in plain English, an iPhone app that lets you hear music that your friends have associated with particular geographical locations. So if you walk past the statue of Eros you might hear that your friend has tagged “Love Is In The Air” to that location. This week at the Mobile World Congress, Soundtrckr has announced two new features: first to create radio stations from any artist in the service’s catalogue and secondly to determine the geographical location of their friends or listeners.
