MTV has announced that its Rock Band Network store is up and running, allowing gamers to buy more than 100 songs for the Rock Band games that have been created by the artists themselves. Those on board for launch include The Shins, The Hold Steady and Steve Vai, with 300 more artists in the pipeline. T-Mobile has signed up as a launch partner too, sponsoring an Artist Of The Month initiative that will see one band promoted on MTV and T-Mobile every month.
