US firm Metatron has debuted a new digital film format: the ‘appMovie’. It describes a package containing HD video, audio and images, with the first example being a documentary called Bob Marley: Spiritual Journey. It includes the one-hour doc, but also 14 rare songs, a 30-minute audio interview and hundreds of images – and is available on iPhone’s App Store for £2.99/$4.99.
