Music blog DizzyJam was invited to a recent Xbox-sponsored gig by hotly-tipped UK act Ellie Goulding recently, and got its hands on her interview crib sheet – “We would ask that Ellie Goulding try, wherever possible, to include these messages as much as possible when doing interviews”. And the messages? “XBox 360 is more than just a games console – it’s an entertainment hub where you can enjoy great music, movies and of course games” is one example. This goes on at plenty of promotional events, of course, but it’s pretty toe-curling stuff.
