Spanish copyright society SGAE has been defeated again in its battle to have sites which link to copyright-infringing content declared illegal. A Spanish court has upheld an earlier ruling that such links are not the same as actually making the content available. It all focused on a site called EIRincondeJesus, which links to files on the eDonkey network. However, the key point appears to be that EIRincondeJesus is not profiting from these links. SGAE is likely to appeal the ruling, but it’s the latest setback for anti-piracy campaigner in Spain. Source: Music Week
