Social location service Foursquare has unveiled a new feature: Celebrity Mode. It involves signing up celebs to contribute their tips to the service about cool bars, restaurants and clubs. The first celeb to take advantage will be DJ Pauly D, one of the cast in MTV reality show Jersey Shore. It’s part of a wider deal between Foursquare and MTV/VH1 that should give the service a big promotional boost.
