360 doesn’t just mean record contracts any more. Pendulum’s new video claims to be “the first fully interactive 360-degree music video”. It’s the work of Metropolis Studio in London and ASR in Greece, and uses something called MATIvision Sherical Video Technology. Which sounds a bit April Fool’s, but isn’t. Throughout the video, you can click and drag inside the window to rotate your view. It’s like a cross between those 360-degree tours on estate agent sites, and Google Streetview. Except with Pendulum playing in the background, obviously. Viewers who spot a six-digit code in the video can get a free download. Link
