With Facebook opening up its network to the rest of the web, we’re going to see lots more sites aggregating information about what content and links are popular on Facebook. One of the first is ItsTrending, a simple but elegant site that tracks the videos, news and games that are being most shared on the social network. It uses the new Facebook social plugin, and splits its charts out by site, including YouTube and Hulu. It could well expand to music in the weeks and months to come. Link
