We wrote about Linkin Park 8-Bit Rebellion a few weeks ago: it’s a game made by developer Artificial Life for the rock band that’s been released for iPhone and iPad. However, it’s not a rhythm game in the style of Tap Tap Revenge, but a retro 80s side-scrolling action game. Eight Linkin Park tracks are included, with chiptune versions to suit the game’s graphics. There is also avatar customisation, Twitter and Facebook features, and a global high-score table. It’s one of the more ambitious band-branded games for iPhone that we’ve seen.
