Melodeo has been releasing streaming music compilation apps for iPhone for a long time, but its latest is a partnership with Microsoft’s Bing search engine. Top 100s by Year by Bing does what its title promises: offers streams of the top 100 tracks from 1947 to 2009, albeit not based on any official chart (presumably to allow unlicensable tracks to be left out). The app usually costs $1.99, but the Bing sponsorship has made it free – users are encouraged to download the separate Bing search app too. Source: App Store
