Nirvana was the centre of an almighty hoo-ha last year when a Kurt Cobain avatar in Guitar Hero could be used to play Bon Jovi songs. The band’s latest game deal should be less controversial: iPhone developer Tapulous is preparing to release Nirvana Revenge as the latest spin-off from its Tap Tap Revenge games. The game is due out tomorrow, and will feature 13 tracks, including three live songs from the band’s 1992 Reading Festival set. There’s also a Bluetooth multiplayer battle mode, and “narrative vignettes” for each track giving information about the band and their music. Source: Mobile Entertainment
