Warner Music Group has agreed a deal with US mobile entertainment firm Myxer to sell wallpapers, ringtones, music videos and other content from its artists. Myxer has already set up a dedicated WMG section of its portal. It’s the latest music partnership for Myxer, which earlier this year generated 1.1 million free mobile downloads for Lil Wayne to promote his DVD release. The company also has a mobile marketing service, MobileStage, which it says is being used by more than 125,000 artists. Source: Mashable
