Spotify updated its iPhone app yesterday with some of the social features from the latest version of its desktop client. Version 0.4.5 of the app includes a new Inbox playlist, allowing Spotify’s iPhone users to access song recommendations sent to them by their friends from the desktop app. Users can also share tracks to Facebook from within the iPhone app, with Facebook and Twitter features now using an in-app browser rather than kicking people out to iPhone’s Safari browser.
