US mobile content firm Myxer has signed a licensing deal with Sony Music Entertainment, which becomes the third major label on its roster. Sony will make full-tracks, ringtones, wallpapers and other content available through Myxer, but in the US only for now. The deal follows last week’s announcement of a similar agreement with Warner Music Group, while EMI signed up last October. Source: Music Week
