YouTube has launched a new tool called Google Moderator. It lets YouTube channel owners ask for questions on any topic, and get users to vote up the best ones for someone to answer. It was previously used for web interviews with Barack Obama and Canadian PM Stephen Harper. “You set the parameters for the dialogue, including the topic, the type of submissions, and the length of the conversation. Watch as submissions get voted up or down by your audience, and then respond to the top-voted submissions by posting a video on your channel,” explains the company.
