Entertainment blogs firm BuzzMedia has added six new blogs to its network: Hype Machine, RCRD LBL, PopMatters, PureVolume, Gorilla vs. Bear and Concrete Loop. After initial reports that all six had been acquired by BuzzMedia, it turns out that the Hype Machine, RCRL LBL and PopMatters deals are advertising partnerships – they remain independent. The new additions join Stereogum, Idolator, Absolute Punk and Lyrics.com in BuzzMedia’s network, while BuzzMedia also runs official sites for Britney Spears and other celebrities.
