Web metrics firm comScore has released its latest online video stats, and they reveal that music videos portal Vevo attracted 43.6 million US viewers in April, who collectively watched just over 330 million videos during the month. That’s an average of 7.6 videos per user. Vevo is now the fourth largest US online video property, behind Google (i.e. YouTube), Yahoo and Fox Interactive Media (i.e. MySpace), but having overtaken Facebook, Microsoft and CBS Interactive. It shows how popular music videos are, given that a decent chunk of YouTube’s 13 billion video views in April were for music vids too.
