Digital distributor INgrooves has announced a licensing deal with Vevo, which will see videos from its stable of labels go live on the music videos portal. Artists going live today or soon include Cannibal Corpse, Shaggy, The Crystal Method and Tila Tequila. Which is a supergroup in the making if you ask us. The deal adds more independent videos to Vevo, which was launched by major labels Sony, Universal and EMI. “We’ve utilized our proprietary, cutting-edge technology to deliver our music video content to VEVO and couldn’t be happier to lead our labels onto one of the most viewed entertainment websites on the web,” says CEO Robb McDaniels.
