Music videos portal Vevo is looking to shine the spotlight on upcoming artists with a new channel: The Next Wave presented by Schick Hydro. The channel will focus on videos from new acts, albeit those who’ve already been signed to one of Vevo’s major or indie label partners. Vevo has been signing up more of the latter – earlier this week it announced a deal with digital distributor INgrooves.
