K’naan’s Wavin’ Flag song – the anthem for this month’s World Cup – has been given an interactive makeover by MXP4. Hosted on K’naan’s Facebook page, it lets fans mess about with remixes of the song using MXP4’s widget technology. Remixes by Will.I.Am and David Guetta are (inevitably) part of the package, with people able to share their own mixes via Facebook, Twitter, blogs and other social sites. MXP4’s tech has been used by more than 70 other artists, but this is one of the most high-profile examples yet, thanks to the World Cup tie-in.
