Well, it’s not called Monkey any more: it’s now called Muzica la nesfarsit (‘Music Forever’ according to Google Translate). However, the idea appears to be the same: it’s a partnership with Universal Music Group, targeted at young prepay users. People who top up their accounts with at least 7 Euros wll get access to thousands of tracks to be listened to online and on mobile phones, via voice calls in the latter case.
