If you’re a modern music festival in 2010, you must be in want of an app. US fest Lollapalooza is the latest to appear on the App Store, with its free iPhone app. It includes a full lineup and customised schedule feature, as well as biographies of artists with links to their sites, social media profiles and iTunes catalogues. The app also has a ‘Lolla Radio’ stream created by Slacker Radio, news from the event, and the ability to post updates and messages to Twitter and Facebook from within the app. Oh, and a virtual lighter, naturally.
