The HTML5 web standard has been high-profile in recent months, due to Apple’s support for it in the iPhone and iPad rather than Flash. US band Francis and the Lights reckon they’re the first artist to release an album in HTML5, which can be streamed on Apple’s devices. The embeddable album was developed by Muxtape founder Justin Ouellette for the band.
