A new report from Forrester Research’s Mark Mulligan focuses on cloud music, and suggests that even when they have the option to access their music from many devices, people will still focus on a couple. The survey of North American adults found that home computers still account for 41.6% of digital music consumption, followed by MP3 players (32.5%), mobile phones (12.1%) and home streaming devices (11.1%). However, only 23% of people listen to music on both their PCs and MP3 players, while only 9% use both a PC and a mobile phone for music.
