ZumoCast is the work of startup Zecter, and is a spin-off from its existing ZumoDrive cloud backup service. When installed on a user’s PC or Mac, it lets them make music, videos and photos available from their computer to their iPad or iPhone. Music-wise, it only works for DRM-free files. The service is free, although Zecter says it will eventually charge for a premium version of the service with more features.
