MTV Networks UK & Ireland has announced a new digital-only programme called Being Victor, which is set to make its debut in early September. The 20-part show will focus on a group of teenagers, and will be screened online, while tying in Twitter, MySpace and other social media content. There will also be blogs and mobile elements. However, there’s a music angle too: nine independent artists from the UK will feature in the storyline, with prominent links to their MySpace profiles from the site.
