Joss Stone’s latest release isn’t an album – it’s a line of clothing in partnership with US retailer Nine West. It’s making innovative use of mobile barcode technology from a company called Jagtag though. Mobile users who scan the codes on the clothing labels will get access to Joss content – text and video messages and behind-the-scenes video clips. There’ll also be competitions to win items from the range. A simple idea that could be used for music merchandise and even CD albums too.
