Last.fm launched a new section of its site earlier this year, offering full-length previews of new artists. Now it’s been revamped and relaunched with a new name: Recsplorer. That’s short for ‘recommendation explorer’, if you’re wondering. It serves up a stream of songs by emerging artists based on a user’s Last.fm profile – scrobbles, loves and tags. Users can also lean forward to ask for more songs like the currently playing track, or a change in the mood.
