UK commercial radio broadcaster Global Radio has hired Christopher Thorogood as its new director of digital. He joins from Shine Group, and will be in charge of all Global’s apps and website activities, reporting directly in to CEO Stephen Miron. Global’s station brands include Capital and Heart.
