
OTT digital marketing stunt of the week goes to Flaming Lips, who have released 12 separate videos for the new track “Two Blobs F**king.” Every video has to be played simultaneously in order to hear the song properly, although helpfully there’s an instructional video: users are instructed to hit play icons instead of space bars on computers in order to avoid latency and told to hit stop and rewind to sync devices. It bears similarity to the release of the band’s ‘Zaireeka’ album, which had to be played on four cds simultaneously. Source – Mashable
