Motorola CEO Sanjay Jha may have let slip last night at Mobile World Congress last night that Google will launch a music service with its forthcoming Android upgrade to Honeycomb. Two statements from Jha gave it away: ‘If you look at Google Mobile Services [via Android] today, there’s a video service, there’s a music service – that is, there will be a music service.’ He also said that Honeycomb ‘adds video services and music services.’ Honeycomb will power the forthcoming Motorola Xoom table. Interesting tidbits to add momentum and maybe some detail to the Google music rumour mill.
