Direct-to-fan ticketing service GigsWiz has launched in the US, aiming to help artists, promoters and venues collaborate on selling tickets for events. The MidemNet Lab finalist previously focused on Europe with its Backstage and Tickets services. It already has one impressed customer, Zac Kushner of OpenHouse Music New Orleans. “The very day after GigsWiz started selling our tickets, our event instantly rose to the top of Google searches,” he says. “We are now using GigsWiz as our exclusive ticketing provider and recommend them to anyone seeking to maximise ticket sales from social media.”
