Seven out of 10 Danes find piracy socially acceptable ‘to a greater or lesser degree’ according to a survey published by the Rockwool Foundation Research Unit. What’s more, 15-20% of respondents said piracy is totally acceptable. The study was conducted last year, and focused on a range of moral issues, including tax evasion and insurance fraud, with participants asked to rate the social acceptability of piracy on a scale of 1 to 10.
