Several musicians were garlanded at this year’s Webby Awards earlier this week. Justin Bieber won the People’s Voice Best Comedy Video award for his appearance on comedy site FunnyorDie last year, while Arcade Fire won the award for Best Experimental and Weird Short Video for HTML5 video The Wilderness Downtown, originally launched as a test for Google’s Chrome browser.
