We first wrote about 3 Dreams Of Black last week – the innovative interactive video for Danger Mouse and Daniele Luppi’s new project, developed with Radical Media, Google and EMI. EMI says that in the first 48 hours, the YouTube video stream notched up more than 150,000 streams, while a separate stream on The Guardian’s website totaled 90,000 streams in 24 hours. The video is also apparently the first time Vevo has ever switched on annotations on its YouTube/Vevo platform. As we said last week, the video mixes 2D images and animations with 3D as the viewer swoops through a virtual world, with the option to create their own objects to sit in it.
