Digital distributor IODA used the Music Matters conference in Singapore to announce new deals with local music services KKBOX and ezPeer. They’ll see IODA’s catalogue getting more distribution in Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau, Malaysia and Indonesia. “What’s particularly compelling about much of Asia for us is that the digital landscape favors and supports independent music. These partnerships expand this music ecosystem and support the organic growth already happening,” says IODA’s senior director of global business development Isaac Bess. “With strong DSP partnerships in place, IODA is well positioned to serve these markets as they grow in 2011 and beyond.” Source: IODA
