German music site Simfy has launched an a competition case against Apple, saying that a three-month delay in approving Simfy’s iPad application represents an abuse of Apple’s market position. “It is unacceptable for Apple to be able to control the market in this way. The App Store is a key marketplace we use to reach our customers. In the meanwhile, Simfy users are rightfully complaining about the lack of this app for the iPad.”
