Fan funding platform Pledge Music has launched a North American division with offices in New York and Los Angeles. Managing director for the territory will be Randy Sabiston, an industry veteran who was previously at S1 Songs America and has worked in publishing at EMI, Polygram/Island and Warner Chappell. Sabiston will work alongside Pledge’s existing A&R executives Rose Noone and Scott Graves.
