Bunchball, whose Nitro platform is used by the likes of Playboy, ABC, Warner Bros and Twentieth Century Fox to run gamified marketing campaigns on their sites and on Facebook. The company has just raised $6.5 million in funding to continue developing Nitro, and has released some stats which it says proves the value of its platform. “Nitro users see page views double, page views per visit increase 60 percent, unique visitors increase 30 percent, time on site increase 100 percent, and repeat monthly visits double,” explains VentureBeat. “The result is a 400 percent return on investment with a payback time of as little as three months.” No music industry clients yet, seemingly, but perhaps these stats will change that.Read more:http://tinyurl.com/689amzl
