Decca has launched a new digital campaign based on composer Ludovico Einaudi, who has recently been in the UK charts thanks to one of his piano tracks being recommended by Radio 1 as ideal for exam revision. His new site uses SoundCloud to play five tracks from his latest album, before asking fans to leave a comment – or better still an image or video about what it means to them. People can log in with their Facebook IDs to funnel that content back to their friends too. Decca’s Gavin Bayliss tells us that Einaudi is particularly suitable for the social treatment, as he already has a committed following online.
