Music videos service Vevo has launched on another mobile platform: Microsoft’s Windows Phone 7. As with other apps on the OS, it fits in with Microsoft’s visual aesthetic for its smartphones. As on other devices, the app is free to download and use, and offers a mixture of content including music videos, but also live sets and other Vevo-specific programming. “With the addition of this platform, we’re now offering up clips in HD on iPad, iPhone, iPod, Android, Google TV, Boxee and, of course, Windows Phone 7,” says Vevo’s blog post. “No matter what device you’ve got in your front pocket or inside your living room, we’re constantly working to utilize the one you have in the best way possible.” Source:
