Thought Rebecca Black would fade from view after the initial viral popularity of her ‘Friday’ video? She’s not going quietly. Black is releasing a new single called ‘My Moment’, which will be premiered on her YouTube channel later this week, before being made available on iTunes and other digital music stores. In August, it will be followed by a five-track EP, which will be self-released rather than distributed through a label. The news comes as ‘Friday’ soared past Justin Bieber’s ‘Baby’ on YouTube with 167 million views, while Black kept her profile up with a guest appearance in a Katy Perry video. Source: Billboard
