Remember the days when music magazines put CDs on their covers? Okay, those days aren’t gone yet. But US mag Spin is trying something new for its August issue, which is celebrating the 20th anniversary of Nirvana’s Nevermind album. Spin has commissioned an album of cover versions – Newermind, geddit? – including the likes of Titus Andronicus and the Vaselines.
