Vodafone has teamed up with social politics startup Tweetminster for a new site, Tweetfields, which will aggregate tweets from website, bloggers and influential users from this summer’s music festivals. Well, better late than never we guess: a number of big UK music festivals have already happened this year. Anyway, the idea is to surface the key trends and festival moments over the coming weeks, while also providing post-event analysis for media outlets. “Back in April we announced that we were expanding our model into new industries and Tweetfields is our first branded, consumer-facing platform,” says Tweetminster co-founder Alberto Nardelli. ” I’m confident that Tweetfields will replicate what Tweetminster has achieved within UK politics and become a reliable source of information and conversation for those interested in music festivals and the music festival industry, for many years to come.” Link
