As co-subsidiaries of Best Buy, Napster and Carphone Warehouse haven’t really done much together in the last year – a surprise for anyone expecting co-promotion campaigns to boost the subscription music service in the UK. The offer applies to purchases made online as well as in-store. It’s potentially a powerful calling card for Napster, although we wonder if it would be even more effective if run around the traditionally busy pre-Christmas handset-buying period. Source: Napster
